Hire America’s Heroes welcomes interested companies and individuals to support our work at one of the following levels:

HAH Sponsor: $5,000+ annual contribution in unrestricted funds 

• 4-Star Sponsor: $15,000+ annual commitment for 3+ consecutive years
• 3-Star Sponsor: $10,000+ annual commitment for 2 consecutive years
• 2-Star Sponsor: $5,000+ annual commitment for 2 consecutive years
• 1-Star Sponsor: $5,000+ commitment year-over-year

HAH Supporter: $1,000-$10,000 event contributions

• 4-Star Supporter: $10,000 event contributor
• 3-Star Supporter: $5,000+ event contributor
• 2-Star Supporter: $2,500+ event contributor
• 1-Star Supporter: $1,000+ event contributor

HAH Associates: $1,000-$5,000 annual gift, unrestricted funds

HAH Donors: up to $1,000 annual gift, unrestricted funds

Hire America’s Heroes Sponsors are core to the effectiveness of the organization. Sponsor contributions support the core functions of the organization, including personnel, marketing and promotion, and other essential functions. Sponsors take a leadership role in the organization, guide strategy, and ensure the ongoing success of the effort.

Hire America’s Heroes Sponsors are expected to adhere to the following basic commitments:

• Develop and maintain a company commitment to recruiting, hiring, supporting, and retaining military family members in their workforce.
• Assure correct use of the Hire America’s Heroes logo, consistent with guidelines presented in the Brand Manual.
• Protect the good name and positive reputation of Hire America’s Heroes in all company activities related to HAH.
• Promote Hire America’s Heroes in association with their own veterans’ initiatives.
• Provide Hire America’s Heroes with veteran employment metrics resulting from HAH Career Day and other event participation.
• Actively participate in at least one Hire America’s Heroes committee. The permanent committees are as follows:
  • Membership Committee: Accepts and reviews applications for membership and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for decision.
  • Program Committee: Provides support to the Symposia by developing presentations, marketing events, and providing logistics support.
  • NOTE: Additional committees may be formed by sponsors within the structure of Hire America’s Heroes.
• Provide time commitments and support for Hire America’s Heroes fund-raising efforts.

4 Star Level: $15,000+ annual commitment for 3+ consecutive years

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website, brochure, and marketing materials
• Invitation to Hire America’s Heroes Annual Meeting
• Complimentary corporate attendance at Symposia and Hire America’s Heroes-sponsored events
• Complimentary booth or table at Hire America’s Heroes Career Day and networking events
• Participation in Hire America’s Heroes mentorship programs
• Eligible for Hire America’s Heroes Committee membership
• Facilitated introductions between military General/Flag officers and the Sponsor’s corporate officers
• Assistance in setting up corporate orientation sessions for transitioning service members
• Assistance in developing internship programs for recently separated veterans
• Assistance in converting corporate position descriptions into military nomenclature, making jobs both understandable and accessible to exiting service members
• Invitations to Hire America’s Heroes education and training sessions on best practices for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, supporting, and retaining military veterans in the corporate workforce
• Sponsorship applies to all geographical regions where HAH operates.

3 Star Level: $10,000+ annual commitment for 2+ consecutive years

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website, brochure, and marketing materials
• Invitation to Hire America’s Heroes Annual Meeting
• Complimentary corporate attendance at Symposia and Hire America’s Heroes-sponsored events
• Complimentary booth or table at Hire America’s Heroes Career Day and networking events
• Participation in Hire America’s Heroes mentorship programs
• Eligible for Hire America’s Heroes Committee membership
• Facilitated introductions between military General/Flag officers and the Sponsor’s corporate officers
• Assistance in setting up corporate orientation sessions for transitioning service members.
• Invitations to Hire America’s Heroes education and training sessions on best practices for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, supporting, and retaining military veterans in the corporate workforce.

2 Star Level: $5,000+ annual commitment for 2+ consecutive years

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website, brochure, and marketing materials
• Invitation to Hire America’s Heroes Annual Meeting
• Complimentary corporate attendance at Symposia and Hire America’s Heroes-sponsored events
• Complimentary booth or table at Hire America’s Heroes Career Day and networking events
• Participation in Hire America’s Heroes mentorship programs
• Eligible for Hire America’s Heroes Committee membership

1 Star Level: $5,000+ annual commitment year-over-year

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website, brochure, and marketing materials
• Invitation to Hire America’s Heroes Annual Meeting
• Complimentary corporate attendance at Symposia and Hire America’s Heroes-sponsored events
• Complimentary booth or table at Hire America’s Heroes Career Day and networking events
• Participation in Hire America’s Heroes mentorship programs
• Eligible for Hire America’s Heroes Committee membership
• Invitations to Hire America’s Heroes education and training sessions on best practices for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, supporting, and retaining military veterans in the corporate workforce 

NOTE: Excerpt from Corporate Bylaws:

1. Hire America’s Heroes is financed through Sponsorship revenues.
2. Corporations wishing to apply for Sponsorship in Hire America’s Heroes may submit an application (application form, below) to the organization’s Board of Directors.
3. Sponsorships shall be payable upon acceptance by the Board of Directors of an application.
4. Sponsorships shall renew annually on the month and day of a member’s acceptance into the organization (hereinafter referred to as the member’s “anniversary date.”)
5. Sponsorship renewals not paid more than ninety days [90 DAYS] following a member’s anniversary date shall result in the member being dropped from membership pending re-application to the organization
6. Sponsors who serve on a Hire America’s Heroes Committee become eligible for Board membership

You will be notified when your application is received. Per the organization’s Bylaws, your application will be reviewed at the first meeting of the Board of Directors following receipt of the application. Guidelines (e.g. the Hire America’s Heroes Brand Manual) will be provided to ensure quality in delivery of branded meetings, events and symposia.

Hire America’s Heroes Supporters are also core to the effectiveness of the organization. Supporter contributions underwrite specific Hire America’s Heroes events including the Symposium, Career Day events, and the annual Fundraising event. Supporters may elect this form of contribution due to company policies regarding sponsorship, their (position) as a public agency, or other factors.

Supporter Benefits

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website, brochure, and marketing materials
• Complimentary corporate attendance at the event(s) being supported
• Invitation to Hire America’s Heroes Annual Meeting
• Invitation to Hire America’s Heroes Symposium
• Invitations to Hire America’s Heroes education and training sessions on best practices for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, supporting, and retaining military veterans in the corporate workforce 

4 Star Level: $10,000+ event contribution

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website, brochure, and marketing materials
• Recognition on Event marketing materials as “Four Star” Supporter
• Access to attendee list (both Hire America’s Heroes corporate attendees and military attendees)
• Invitation to Hire America’s Heroes Annual Meeting
• Complimentary attendance at the Sponsored Event for up to 10 participants (10-person table or 10-participants in Supporter’s booth)
• Eligible to serve on the Event Planning Committee
• Invitations to Hire America’s Heroes education and training sessions on best practices for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, supporting, and retaining military veterans in the corporate workforce.

3 Star Level: $5,000+ event contribution

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website, brochure, and marketing materials
• Recognition on Event marketing materials as “Three Star” Supporter
• Access to attendee list (both Hire America’s Heroes corporate attendees and military attendees)
• Complimentary attendance at the Sponsored Event for up to 10 participants (10-person table or 10-participants in Supporter’s booth)
• Eligible to serve on the Event Planning Committee

2 Star Level: $2,500+ event contribution

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website, brochure, and marketing materials
• Recognition on Event marketing materials as “Two Star” Supporter
• Access to attendee list (both Hire America’s Heroes corporate attendees and military attendees)
• Complimentary attendance at the Sponsored Event for up to 5 participants

1 Star Level: $1,000+ event contribution

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website, brochure, and marketing materials
• Recognition on Event marketing materials as “One Star” Supporter
• Access to attendee list (both Hire America’s Heroes corporate attendees and military attendees)
• Complimentary attendance at the Sponsored Event for up to 2 participants

Hire America’s Heroes Associates are welcomed contributors to organizational initiatives. Funds received from Associates are used to support core functions of the organization and/or toward events. Associates may elect this form of contribution due to company size or other factors.

Associate Benefits

• Company name and logo on Hire America’s Heroes website
• Invitation to Hire America’s Heroes Annual Meeting
• Invitation to Hire America’s Heroes Symposium
• Invitations to Hire America’s Heroes education and training sessions on best practices for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, supporting, and retaining military veterans in the corporate workforce 

Hire America’s Heroes Donors are also welcomed contributors to organizational support. Funds received from Donors may be used to support core functions of the organization and/or toward events. Donors may be small companies but are also often individuals who want to contribute to the mission and objectives of Hire America’s Heroes.
